Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 25, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of Tillr, the offline-capable point-of-sale platform ("Tillr", "we", "us", "our"), by the business or individual using it ("you", "your").

1. The Service

Tillr provides point-of-sale, inventory, attendance, and related business-management tools, available as a cloud web application and an offline-capable desktop application that syncs with our cloud service. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

3. Subscription Plans, Trials & Billing

Tillr offers a free tier and a paid Premium tier, billed monthly or annually. New accounts receive a 14-day free trial of Premium features; unless you subscribe before the trial ends, your account is automatically moved to the free tier — you are never charged without actively subscribing.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our payment provider and merchant of record. Paddle handles payment collection, taxes, and invoicing on our behalf; by subscribing you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from within the app; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of the business data you enter into Tillr (products, sales, customers, staff records, and similar). We access it only to operate, maintain, and support the service, and as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

Don't use Tillr to break the law, infringe on others' rights, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems, or resell the service without our written permission.

6. Termination

You may stop using Tillr and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Tillr is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Tillr after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
